How to retrieve money from an unfinished unresponsive user

I had bought a gig to design a logo which I got some of logos but they weren’t satisfactory and the user had the gig with unlimited revisions. So I was working with him trying to get it squared away but then all of a sudden I lost the ability to contact him. All I get is this message. "for privacy reasons, this user may not be contacted directly"



Anyway to retrieve my funds that I paid for job unfinished? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the job posted as complete or have you been using the modification button?

The privacy message usually mean the person has been blocked by Fiverr for some reason.
