One thing that might help is to pay close attention while typing a message. If the edges of your message window turn red, you’ve typed a word that may cause problems. Words like pay and email will do it. If you are actually violating the ToS by asking the buyer to do something like pay you outside of Fiverr or give you their email address, you simply can’t do that.

If it’s just because the word comes up in a normal conversation (like telling the buyer you will “pay attention” you’ll have to change the offending word. Either use a different word, or re-write the word like “I will p*y attention to your instructions.”

The question I have is this: Are these flags, which are labeled as "Reminder"s, really warnings or not. On occasion I have had flags triggered but after reviewing what I had written, I continued on without rewriting anything because it was not in violation of the ToS. I have not yet have to explain any of it.
Writing a word is not the offense, doing the deed is.

Reply to @ricksper: I can’t be sure if this is true but this is what I’ve heard. Supposedly those posts usually just get slowed down a little since it gets flagged for review. I’m guessing that they don’t review every one either, but perhaps they are more likely if you’ve been flagged more than a few times.

Supposedly if it’s not a real violation, most of the time the message is sent on it’s way after something. I know for sure that some people have gotten direct warnings after sending one even when the message wasn’t a violation. I always edit mine to avoid the flag just in case. I also don’t want my messages to go slowly. Most of what I just wrote is either hearsay or guessing, though!
