What is pending clearance?

~Hey all! I was just wondering what pending clearance actually means? Is there a deeper meaning to waiting for 14 days before receiving the money? 🙂 Just curious~

i’m a newbie and i was going to ask the same question.
i have payments that are more than two weeks old that are still pending clearance.

It just means the hold that Fiverr puts on funds for fraud prevention. After 14 days, it automatically disperses into your account and you can then withdraw it It’s a security measure.

If you go and check out the Buyer ToS, after an order is completed, the buyer has a certain number of days to still contact Fiverr customer service to attempt to get a refund if they are unhappy. The 14 days is just outside of that deadline buyers have. So, it means that Fiverr can release the money to you with no obligation to pay the buyer back if the buyer requests a refund. 🙂 Basically, it keeps you from owing if a customer requests a refund.

Its a procedure darling, and a very good Thought by fiverr ! in case the buyer has been ditched by the seller, he or she have 15 days of option to cancel the order
