saveranaidu
~Hey all! I was just wondering what pending clearance actually means? Is there a deeper meaning to waiting for 14 days before receiving the money? π Just curious~

reddhorrocks
It just means the hold that Fiverr puts on funds for fraud prevention. After 14 days, it automatically disperses into your account and you can then withdraw it Itβs a security measure.
holledolce
If you go and check out the Buyer ToS, after an order is completed, the buyer has a certain number of days to still contact Fiverr customer service to attempt to get a refund if they are unhappy. The 14 days is just outside of that deadline buyers have. So, it means that Fiverr can release the money to you with no obligation to pay the buyer back if the buyer requests a refund. π Basically, it keeps you from owing if a customer requests a refund.
