Problem with Order

I submitted an order on Fiverr to have myself drawn as a cartoon character but I wasn’t signed up yet for the website, just using it as a guest. When I submitted my order, a message came up saying that I should see a confirmation in my email I provided, but I still haven’t gotten anything. This is also one of those gigs that requires something (a picture of myself?) but I didn’t see any form for that.

Reply to @fivedollarfoot: I didn’t think you could place an order without creating a Fiverr account. Since you have a Fiverr account now to create this forum post, perhaps your order shows up under the My Orders section.

Nothing shows up in My Orders and I still didn’t get a confirmation email so I suppose the order didn’t go through.

Reply to @fivedollarfoot: I think you are right. It should take you to a payment process and the order should show up in “My Orders.” I’d try again now that you have an account. Thanks for using Fiverr!
