Orders completed: 99%

Is anyone’s “orders completed” rating less than what it should be? Mine has been at 99% for a while now, even though there has been only one cancellation in a long time, and that too (Like every) was a mutual cancellation, which according to fiverr does not impact ratings. Though if you mouse over the rating, it says it will impact your business. :-?
