luckygutsy
I’ve contacted support about this but hoping for ideas from someone who has had a similar experience.About a week ago I got an order, completed it within a few hours, but couldn’t upload the file. I talked to support and was eventually able to upload it, communicating with the (totally patient) buyer in the meantime. The buyer marked it as complete.Today, the buyer just informed me the files read “attachment unavailable” on his end. I can’t redeliver because the order is completed, and I can’t send the files in a message because they’re too large. I’ve contacted support to ask if there’s another way I can send the files.Has this happened to anyone else? How was it resolved?

zarklon
yea , just use dropbox. Fiverr’s platform is really a pain sometimes when it comes to uploading things. .especially larger videos. That or switch browsers. I do most of my uploads from google chrome… when it fails … idont sweat it … I just send it to dropbox and link it as a link in the delivery.
