I think as long as the person’s account is linked to a separate paypal it should not be an issue, though to be 100 % sure I would check with customer support since it can be linked to the same IP address.

|No problem with your account. If he is not using any of your details like paypal address then no problem.

@ilirian i think Your account may be blocked. if he use same browser you normally use. fiverr think you use multiple account.
