How to improve your reviews

Here are some tips that I found very important to improve your customer service and get better reviews.

1. Use a very simple and clear language to describe your gig and what exactly your service will include.
   
2. Keep your delivery time always reliable and add extra time for yourself to avoid any late delivery.
   
3. Be polite and honest with your customers about your your capabilities and limits. and keep in mind that it’s better to say NO sometimes rather than getting a bad review.
   
4. Follow up with your customer after you deliver the gig and ask them if they have any comments or suggestions.
