Seller not responding

Hi all,



My seller has not been responding to my emails for a short while now.



I last had contact from them on June 24th. I have sent them about 4 emails since.



Their status says they were last active 2 days ago.



This happened briefly before but this was down to communication issues on the fiverr website.



Can someone guide me to where I can get support on this please?

hello first important thing, fiverr is not allowed to contact via email for buyer and seller, outside contact is strictly prohibited.
And, if your seller is not responding you and not delivered gig as per time duration you send cancellation request of gig, Otherwise for further clarification you can contact fiverr support center.
