The downward red arrow

Please what does the downward red arrow on one’s gig implies. I could see upward green arrows before, but of recent I started seeing downward red arrows, I have the feeling it’s not a good thing. What can I do to better the situation ?!

By default it’s set previous month. Red arrows show drop in your sell/ view/ click/ conversion in last 30 days.
