Uploading video?

I was trying to upload a video to this gig

And then I got an email

As far as I understand, it’s the site’s fault, not my fault. But I’m still blamed and won’t be able to upload video after the third time?

yes as per your received email your video is not meet fiverr standard guidelines thats the reason, you need to follow fiverr TOS and guidelines for uploading videos. for further details you can contact with fiverr support team. Thanks
