Sometimes if a buyer is in a hurry to obtain files sent with the order they may not leave feedback at that moment. Buyers sometimes ask sellers how to add, edit, or remove feedback. For all of this, the following link is a great resource and if you are a seller it is fine to send this link to your buyers!
