belengarcia Posted June 28, 2015 Share Posted June 28, 2015 I’m not sure about this, but I believe that it’s what happens when somebody sends you a message but it’s blocked by the system, probably because it contains forbidden words (“s***e”, “email”,…).You get the pink dot over the envelope telling you that there’s a new message, but you don’t. presseditor Posted June 28, 2015 Share Posted June 28, 2015 Fiverr sometimes deletes spam messages but since they seem to use a different table to store alerts, the system still tells you that there is a new message. You could also log onto the mobile app and check our inbox to see if anything appears (or if the notification disappears).Hopefully it will update in a few days! marigoldorange Posted August 9, 2015 Share Posted August 9, 2015 If anyone interested, CS answered me saying that it seems that the message I received was ‘from a user that no longer belongs to the Fiverr community’.
