Blank Orders?

I have received 3 - 4 blank orders in a row now and have had to contact the buyer to re-send the material and description of what they want edited. Is this a common occurrence lately?

This is a problem some seller is having when receiving orders from Fiverr mobile app (don’t ask me if both Android and iOS are affected because I don’t know).

I also don’t know if there’s some other reason after the last updates; try to ask your buyer the media he used to order.

Every order I have received lately has been blank and I’m having to ask the buyer to resend it. It’s starting to get more than a little annoying now.

That’s 2 more orders that have come through blank today. This is beyond a joke a now.
