IN forum it shows me as level1 seller whereas i am level 2 seller, is it a bug



When i post something here, under my name , it shows Level 1, but in real i am level 2



is it a bug or what ?

I don’t think it’s actually a bug, it’s just often a slow process. The forum is a bit glitchy and it can take awhile for your badge to update. My level 1 took about a day and my level 2 took more like weeks. Some people have submitted tickets to get it fixed, but I really don’t recommend doing that anytime soon. Support has so many other tickets about critical things and it will likely update without their help in time.

I think it’s just slow in updating, not a bug. Don’t worry. I’m also level 2 seller, but it shows me as level 1 here, in this forum.

Took four months here and still no level, but then again, do levels really matter 🙂 I also recommend not contacting CS as it will just keep them away from important messages.
