Can i delete this account and create fresh new account on fiverr?

This account is created nearly 4 years ago from different PC! I come back on fiverr for a long time due to some reason and now i want to start working on fiverr with fresh account (different email and other details). So it is possible to cancel this account and create another account on this computer? this account i only logged in from my new laptop.
