designbiz
Allow me to be diverted a bit but there are many buyer requestest which come from seller ! Can’t the sellers be informed and aware about that ?
emmaki
I’d say that buyer requests could definitely do with some sharpening up. If you look at how other freelance platforms handle it, you can typically see information about the other bidders, sometimes even their actual $$ offer (although that usually requires a premium acct or similar). I certainly agree that it would be useful to know about buyer behavior as well–track record of hiring (and even a super-useful access to buyer’s reviews from sellers!) is a sound concept. That said, the biggest issue with BR is the seller spam, and before anything else can be addressed, that needs to be sorted out. It’s quite literally the only talking point in this forum regarding BR, so I fear that you’re not going to get the discussion you want!
misscrystal
Some of the requests are also against terms of service and downright vile.
