Dashboard error

Since the new dashboard was implemented, some order are still being displayed as “to be delivered” even though it’s been fulfilled.



If I click the order itself, the detail page correctly shows it as being delivered.



I used to see this occasionally before the new dashboard was introduced but it would right itself after a few hours.



At present, these erroneous orders seem to be appearing more frequently and never seem to correct themselves until the usual 3 days after delivery when its marked as completed.



Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, I had the same thing happen to me just today! It shows delivered when you click on the order and it doesn’t show up in the “Manage Sales” area. Just the dashboard.
