Fiverr revenue card taking centuries to approve

Hello!

Just need help for a critical problem, I ordered a fiverr revenue card mar 4 its 20 days now and the card is still not approved I have submitted my National ID as per payoneer’s request. I ordered a card from payoneer 1 year ago & it got approve in 15 mins but I am wondering why this card is taking so much time to approve I mean the shipping time is still to come. Please someone tell me does this usually happen or something is going wrong here.
