Buyer not submitting info i need

i sell youtube services and my buyer hasnt sent me the youtube link how am i suppose to start the order

Yes, I just got same problem yesterday. My timer started counting. I sent the buyer a message as well open a ticket. At the end, my gig was delivered before support team reply 🙂
