New and delivery question

I posted a few gigs and I got a couple of orders. Yay! But, I’m a little concerned about my delivery since it’s a shippable item. I put one day delivery but I actually meant that I would package and ship in one day. Is that going to get me in any trouble? I changed it on my other two gigs that I don’t have orders on but on the gig that has orders can I change it? I did send the orders out today. Should I click the button on the orders that says it’s completed since I shipped it? Confused!
