Has anyone used Fiverr to build an app - or website - from scratch?

I have a handful of great ideas for an iPhone app, but have a) no real graphic design experience and b) no software developing experience.



Has anyone used Fiverr to have an app built from scratch - hiring a designer for the logo and graphics, hiring someone for the software, etc.?
