We do not allow referring users to sites off Fiverr. However, for the purpose of displaying additional samples of your work, you may use a link to flickr (for photos, illustrations, and graphics) or YouTube (for video, audio, and animation).

All communications, ordering, delivery, and payments must be completed exclusively within fiverr.com.

Please note that such warning may affect your eligibility for Levels and other features and your account status.

  • I am in Photoshop Category. Sometimes I am sending a single file with 800MB file size and fiverr only allowed a maximum size of 150MB. So how can I get that file to customer if I will not use a free file hosting site like dropbox.com?

Are you allowed to ask a customer for their website URL? Because, itโ€™s quite hard writing web copy if you canโ€™t go visit their site.

It could be an automated warning that didnโ€™t have dropbox in the excluded list. So if itโ€™s indeed allowed, like it should be if delivering massive files, donโ€™t worry about it. Iโ€™m sure support will void the warning and fix it so otherโ€™s wonโ€™t get it either.

My gigs is about teaching Russian and Hebrew languages ON s***e! But when I try to say about this to buyer I get ATTENTION - ACCOUNT WARNING ! How can I work like this? Today also get this warning! "ATTENTION - ACCOUNT WARNING"
I contact fiverr already 2-3 times , but the problem is still exist!

Your gig does make it impossible not to violate the external contact in Fiverrโ€™s TOS @e13lenaโ€ฆI canโ€™t think of a good workaround without Fiverr developing an internal video messaging system, which is unlikely to happen. Perhaps be proactive and show them that your gig depends on s***e or a similar service, and ask what workarounds they have in place so you can operate your business without getting (scary) emails? Hope you can all get this fixedโ€“itโ€™s an issue with Fiverrโ€™s resources rather than you, I think.

Try getting an answer from support first, and then keep the email in case you need to prove you have permission. I got permission from them to send files via Dropbox recently.
