Present a complete log of conversations and delivery when buyers file PayPal chargebacks

Finally I’ve got my first PayPal chargeback despite my every means to avoid it.

If I get it right, Fiverr will not respond to the dispute according to their rules. so I probably have zero chance of getting my money back or a re-order.



I only wonder why Fiverr can’t automatically present a complete log of conversations and delivery when buyers file PayPal chargebacks, so PayPal can investigate and decide. I don’t see it being so difficult in a technical sense.



Can someone enlighten me whether there is any legal concern restraining Fiverr from responding to PayPal disputes?
