Cannot contact sellers

Newbie here. I have tried to contact sellers three different times using the form provided. Each time it appears to work and I don’t see any message saying that the form could not be sent. But, when I check my inbox I do not see any record of the messages (no conversations) and I have never received a response. I would desperately like to use fivver but am stumped. Thanks in advance for any help.

You can try a different browser or the mobile app.

Yes, I find that using the mobile app usually resolves any messaging issues I have. It is not sufficient to do all business through, but is a good compromise.

It won’t actually appear in the inbox until a seller replies,for first time contact.So,no need to worry about that.
