Resolution centre

I am confused that in the last 2 deals, the customer didn’t marked the delivery as completed and i keep on watching the resolution centre that it will mark it complete in 3 hours etc. 12 hours back i have seen resolution centre and it was saying 4 hours left to complete this order, in the morning i checked it says 1 hour left. now it says 3 hours left. (what is going on ? is it a bug do i complain ? or is it some sort of relaxation to buyer) ? Any help what to do ?

Hi there!

Normally in your kind of situation it takes 3 days before system marks your gig as complete. Just look on the time of the delivery and count 3 days by yourself.

The order started at 18 april and i delivered on same date 18 april. its 21 april now.

So some time today you will see your money will be deducted from upcoming earnings in Revenues and added to Earned this month in Analytics. Wait till tomorrow evening max, till than no need to worry.
