i complet my order successfully and buyer give me positive rating after 10 days

i got message :



Order Cancelled by Fiverr Customer Support



The order was cancelled by Fiverr Customer Support.

The order funds have been returned to the buyer.



not any specific resign show by fiverr not any single message regard to that and now fiverr can’t give me reply what i do now??



any suggestion for me?

Usually if Customer Support cancels an order it is because the buyer either committed some fraud or rule violation. For example, if a buyer uses a stolen credit card or files a PayPal dispute, Fiverr has to refund the money and usually closes the buyer account. There isn’t really anything else you can do if the buyer’s account is gone.
