You can maybe change your tagline to something catchy, add videos to your gigs, send out buyers request everyday if you are not doing so and ask you past buyers for feedback on how to improve your service, also you can check what your competitors are offering and do better, good luck!

To be level 2 sellers you need to fulfil the following criteria

• Completed at least 50 individual orders in two consecutive months
  
• Maintain a 4.5 star rating or above
  
• Have a low cancellation rate
