Yes. Here are the three things any seller needs to know about buyers requests:

1. Buyers (i.e. the people you want to sell to) can’t actually see it when sellers promote themselves in this area. If fact, the only people who can see buyers requests are sellers. This is why sellers see so many other sellers when trying to find work in this area.

2. There have been sellers on this forum who after promoting themselves in buyer requests have had their account blocked. Obviously, a lot of people are still getting a way with it but that’s only because Fiverr simply can’t police the buyer request section 24/7.

3. Both buyers and sellers consider the sellers who attempt to promote themselves in buyers requests as THE PEOPLE NEVER TO BUY ANY KIND OF SERVICE FROM. This is because, by attempting to promote themselves in this way such sellers are demonstrating that they have absolutely no skills and/or basic intellectual competency.

It seems to me that they try to promote their profile through this section. But it doesn’t work.

This is really frustrating for me. As a seller, I go to buyer requests to look for work but at least half of them are sellers promoting themselves.

Is the Fiverr moderators review each buyer request and approve or decline it as necessary, why are they not declining all these adverts? I’ve had some of my own legitimate requests declined for what I see as ridiculous reasons but sellers can all too often advertise in a place that’s designed for buyers…this needs resolving.

Hi, i am new to fiverr and have been facing a relevant issue.
i cannot see more than 120 buyers request on my portal and i cannot figure out the issue… and more than half of the buyers requests are not even requests but services… Can anyone please help me in this regard?

Hi, I even didn’t got any request on my buyer request portal.
