Incorrect Positive Rating?

• 124 positive feedback
  
• 0 negative
  
• 40 not rated
  
  But my Positive Rating is 99%
  
  How can this be?

you probably have 1 or a few orders rated 4 or 4.5 stars on 5

Yeah, the new rating system is really funky. You can have all positive reviews, and still get less than 100%. That’s because, despite what the sellers control panel says, that percentage is no longer about positive reviews, it’s a “feedback score” derived from the number of stars. So basically, the new percentage score acts as a percentage of perfect reviews, and not "positive reviews,"



It’s harder than ever now to obtain and manage a perfect score. To me, I think we’d all be best served by a grade system like “A+” seller, etc. I also wish fiverr would give us the fiverr “golf” equivalent of a “mulligan” so that perhaps every 500 positive reviews, we can elect to remove one negative feedback.

Yes I agree with you all especially @tsweezey and we should have some power over those who leave negative feedback especially when sellers dont deserve it.
