Does anyone know how to work with Splash Event Website?

I’m looking fo someone to help me with this new (to me) event site called Splash.

I am having a major student athlete anti-bully rally on City Hall Plaza in Dallas, Texas and I need the site very quickly. The site, of course, needs to appeal to high school student athletes as well as community members but should be fun and hip. We have 22 high schools confirmed already and growing. It will be memorial day week end. We have Evander Holyfield, Jr as our student athlete guest speaker and we are working with the Dallas City Council and the Dallas Public Library. We’ll have live entertainment and vendors. Need it asap, we just got approved and supported by the city. We want the opening page to open to Little John’s “Turn Down for What”!. I need help quick and will have another project after that. Only serious giggers apply, please! Also need a flyer for this same event.
