My order has been delayed and no longer needed

Anyone know how to cancel an order? I ordered some graphics work and agreed to an extension but after 3 weeks and still no delivery I no longer need them. I had to create my presentation without the graphics I ordered. I alerted the seller today. Thanks.

After 3 weeks I’m not sure that you can get a refund. The seller either tricked you , but check it out - go to the order page on the top of it you will see the ‘Resolution Center’ tab, press that and you will see the mutual cancel button.



If the seller made a blank delivery to you, you can contact Customer Support and report that so they can cancel it and refund it for you - he is not allowed to deliver a blank message.



Last option, write a review and share your experience with this seller or ask him to deliver something else.
