Funds don't show for an order buyer marked complete

This never happened to me before. My buyer just marked the order as complete, and I went to the revenues page to see what date will it show for the funds to clear, but the latest blue line showing there is the order before this one. Is it normal? Or should I contact customer service? It has been more than 30 minutes since he marked it as complete but it is still not there.

I have never had this problem in 1 year you can write a message to customer service 😃
