Idiot Buyers

Yesterday a buyer purchased 2 gigs, now without any reason he wants to cancel the order. He has just requested the cancellation and not event replying.



If I cancel the order my cancellation percentage will be 10% and this will lead to lost of my level 1 seller badge :(.



Please tell me what should I do.

I understand your frustration and I’m sorry. Mutual cancellation should not really hurt you. This post is not really a tip for sellers, also, so if you could edit it and move it to the Ranting Pot that is really the right place for it. (Chit Chat perhaps, but since you are starting right out with “Idiot Buyers” I would still call it a rant.)

I had to learn it as well with my first client, even got 37% mutual cancellation. Never mind, learning all the time 😉 (I started off with 100%)
