Ban buyers that start PayPal dispute to scam sellers

In the title. Most other sites do the same if they already have a mechanism to confirm that no one was scammed in the process (star rating, messages).

Yup…ban them 🙂 they’re just going to make a new account. It’s free… it’s not a solution.

The solution is for fiverr to defend the dispute and submit evidence that the service was provided. Paypal does not support scams when they get evidence.
