We should have convenient online chatting platform on Fiverr , so as to make it more useful and interactive too. We can view seller who are online chat with them with about their product make them understand our need and finanlize the deal and make payments to start the work. immediately .

But just because a seller is online does not mean they can start your job immedaitely. They may be online because they are working on all the other jobs they have and they will start your job in the order they receive it with others.

A seller have to have the mechanism to attend to their Buyer if he is online. He should professional while dealing his customer . His Buyers are important for him and he must spare time to discuss with him and finalize the deal.

Reply to @chandu532: I’m not saying that sellers should not be attentive to buyers. But not all sellers are online, some people have regular jobs and they do this after work. Some people have families. Some sellers are in differnet time zones…there must be a reason that Fiverr doesn’t have this function yet.



I could also see it how buyers could also harass sellers even more if sellers were forced to keep chat open and available.
