Forum is not a Customer Support replacement: create a ticket and ask them, as here we all are regular users like you and cannot help you.

It could have been the buyer asked for a cancellation. Some buyers if they are not happy with the order will ask for a refund. Or maybe they did not like the order when they received it…you really need to contact customer support.



And as a side note, are you new to selling here on Fiverr? There are some not so nice buyers that do try to get work for free, so if you have any buyers that are difficult before they even order or once they do, a mutual cancellation before it even starts may be a good idea.
