How can I ask Buyer to turn on the portfolio image

I can see most of the sellers have nice portfolio images when I see there profile but in mine only the review is shown. When I ask buyer to turn on the port folio image he is asking how to do that? Can somebody tell me how he can set my last delivery as my portfolio image?
