Nope, according to CS if you offer unlimited revisions you have to provide them. Otherwise you didn’t deliver your order as per your description and they can cancel your order.

but the buyer is straight away asking for the refund. probably he is not asking for the revision. I dont think seller has the option to refund him, and on what grounds the buyer is asking for it and the seller will refund.
