Fiver closed an order in 2 minutes.. order not received

The order got closed in 2 mins of creating it. the seller says he did not close the order.



There is a disagreement and the seller is not completing the order either.



My money is stuck, the seller cannot refund, and fiver is not giving an option to cancel the order either.
