Fiverr's Gigs Jumbled up?

Anyone else face this problem?



This buyer bought a service from me, after i deliver it he says He never bought this service.



Buyer says His Fiverr account is hacked by someone because he never know my service, and does not need it.



Now buyer asks for Refund.



I see Fiverr sales went back after increasing fees rates, and there is some problems in arranging Gigs and orders.

i posted a same discussion a while ago… when you say problems in arranging gigs and orders do you mean to say there is a problem in the search engine rankings and arrangement of gigs? because i certainly notice that and all the gigs i see for a few keywords are gigs iv never seen before… it is really weird…

I faced this problem

The buyer just messaged me for an order but he assert he has paid for it and now he is demanding for delivery.

Fiverr please solve this problem.
