Why am I still not at level 1? - RESOLVED

I have been on Fiverr for 30 days now, and have had far more than 10 orders. I have a 100% positive rating too. The levels page shows the 4 things you need for level 1 (30 days active, 10 individual orders, 4+ star rating, low cancellation rate) and only ‘30 days active’ is ticked. Please can someone explain why? I’m very confused.

It’s probably just a delay in the Fiverr system. If you’ve met all the requirements, it will happen. If it’s more than a week or so after your 30 days, you can contact Customer Support and ask them.

Thanks for your reply! I actually contacted CS already and got my request forwarded to their Trust and Safety team. We’ll see what happens. I’m sure it will just happen in a few days…
