Hey folks! My conversion rate is decreasing after crossing the1st milestone. Is it happening to me only or it happens generally? Please contribute your suggestions.

just stay connected with your previous customers, they would surely come back for more ! also … i had sad times too , when i receive no inbox msgs or any orders . i worried alot … but it DOES comes by eventually … not sure how … it just did , some of my gigs had zero reviews and ratings but in my lucky day , 2 customers inboxed me and became my loyal customer ! ordered already 3 gigs each . things just happen … good luck to you 🙂 i understand you … i just reached level one too !!

Hi Ryan9999,

I’ve been experiencing the same thing. I reached Level 1 in less than a month. But it’s been a real struggle getting to Level 2 (although I’m really close!). I did contact a couple of past clients just to remind them of my voice over gig and I did receive a positive response. It’s hard to sit and wait when things were rolling along so nicely. Keep on keepin on!

But you only have one gig that has seemed to been there all along, all the others are brand new, and you currently have 2 orders right now it says. Also, now that you are a higher up, why not start adding videos to your gigs, help boost things up.

I also think that if you only had one gig all along that got you to a new seller status and now suddenly you added many more gigs, it now makes you look like a new seller all around, so it may just take some time to get things back up and flowing again.

Reply to @ryan9999: I think you should just suspect the OCD gig, it does not fit at all with the rest. Was that one you were thinking of suspeding? There are only 4 gigs, but 3 seems like a good number to have.

Also, your profile has nothing on it, it’s blank. I’m guessing that when you start and are new, when people take a chance on you they tend to overlook certain things because of the fact you are new. As you gain more credibility your gigs and profiles must as well. Why is your profile blank with nothing about your experience or education or training?

And why no videos in your gigs? Most popular and high rated sellers all have videos. Have you spend time researching other top sellers who are doing something similar to you to see what kind of information they have in their profiles and get ideas about videos.

Think of it like this…let’s say you are a sports player and you get lucky and make the team, but up until that point you only worked out once a week. Well, now that you have made it onto a professional team you now have to start working out 4-5 hours per day like everyone else…make sense what I mean now? That is why I am suggesting to write a good profile, you cannot have it be blank and maybe add some videos like other top rated sellers in your fields, do something to stand apart from the rest.
