Changing a gig while someone has ordered

Hi there, I’ve been with fiverr for a couple of months. I have one question: I currently do a translating gig. Now I have 8 orders in line, which I want to finish, but for any further order, I want to change my gig to more time (or less words :))

Can I just change it without it affecting my current buyers?

As far as I know, yes, you can. The changes won’t affect the current orders.

You will need to honor the gig details of current orders (description details, etc.) even while you are changing the gig structure. Just always keep up with the expectations of your customers.

or you may want to just maybe pause your gig, then finish the jobs you have, then make the changes.



It may be safer to have your original terms still posted so if any questions come up with those 8 orders, you have something to fall back on. For example if you don’t include something they thought was included.

The changes will not affect current orders, but complete your current orders by following the old Gig. If you don’t some buyers may get upset and feel cheated.
