Cancellation Ratio...Gone?

Please forgive me…I have not been on Fiverr in a while. Back in the day, each gig used to have this annoying feature called “Cancellation Ratio.” Today I had a buyer order my gig. Then, a half hour later, they said they ordered it “by mistake.” I thought it might have been another rival seller looking to drive my cancellation ratio up.



But before I got mad, I looked at other gigs…and saw that NO ONE has a cancellation ratio.



Did I just look at a bunch of really good sellers, or did they FINALLY listen to their sellers and make cancellation ratios a thing of the past? fingers crossed

The cancellation ratio is not viewable on the sellers profile anymore - but it has impact on your ranking.



In your case, mutual cancelled orders have no impact on the ranking because it is mutual. If your order is cancelled by support - it will have impact on your ratio and rank.
