Collections wise I would start to make more unique collections to try to stand out.

Collections was introduced after the first year and allowed people to collect gigs that they like in a folder which could be on display to the public or private.

Fiverr have made it near on impossible to see your collections now! Maybe they forgot or chose to forget!
