Add Revision Policy to every gig

Obviously things like revisions cause angst for buyers and sellers alike, many gigs don’t mention anything and some do, but are not clear on what will and won’t be revised, so perhaps fiverr could make a revision policy part of the gig set up, so that all sellers will at least have a minimum “standard” policy, and can then revise to whatever suits them. That way every gig will at least have something 🙂

This is a pretty good idea. I like it. Perhaps it could be defaulted to say “no free revisions” so as not to confuse anyone. It’s sure a lot better idea than the silly new commercial license fee that was auto-added to some gigs and is causing problems for buyers and sellers. The only thing I also hope is that they fix some of the bad bugs (upload issue for example) and get some additional forum mods instead of just adding new things.

One other thing I just thought of - if they did add it as part of the gig setup they would really need to include a field to write in one’s own text. I used to have written in my ghostwriting gig that buyers got one brief revision for free. Later I had a buyer who asked me to write 3 pages of text. She then re-wrote all three pages in broken English. For her free revision, she wanted me to go through and correct all her English mistakes which would have been an hour of work as bad as it was. I had to change my policy to “revision if I make errors.”
