I hate to start a discussion just for this. But I am at a loss. You know on youtube where someone will present a message by having the words roll up or down? What do you call that if you’re searching for that kind of service on fiverr?

You can try creating a 'Buyer Request" with your description. Just make sure that if you get a response from someone saying they can do it, have them show you a sample to make sure it's the same thing you're looking for,

Based on your description, it sounds like what you are describing is something similar to credits from a movie, but with actual text instead of just names.
