I do not know if allowed, i don’t know what to do, to accept or cancel this order ?

I think it’s probably down to your own preference. If you feel comfortable doing it, then why not? If you don’t then don’t.

You may want to check if you’re allowed to show it on Fiverr though as a sample due to the bad language.
