HOW get 90% positive rating

can any one help me to get this issue resolve i am not getting how can i get this 90% rating

You need to increase your sales. The one negative feedback you have received 3 years ago hurt your % rating. The more sales you get with a 100% positive rating the quicker you will be able to bump up your % score and recover from it 🙂

But that negative or less percentage is not allowing you to offer their services to the buyer requests ,how are you gonna solve that?
